  • Items with original tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed merchandise
  • Items in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

How to Return Your Item

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  4. Package your item securely with original tags
  5. Attach the prepaid shipping label and send it back
  6. Track your return shipment for confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If the return meets our policy requirements:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after inspection
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size and color variations of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Specify that you want an exchange in your return request

  • We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return

Exchange Shipping

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Additional customs fees may apply
  • Processing may take additional time due to international shipping
